For mid-sized companies facing a challenging IPO market, EquityBridge will facilitate a more robust private secondary market, enabling liquidity and strategic exits. The platform will leverage AI to match founders with suitable investors based on sector, stage, and impact goals, and to streamline the due diligence and transaction process for secondary market sales.
